At Alvenlabs, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Any items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need a replacement, please contact us before returning the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side. We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Alvenlabs is not responsible for lost return packages.
